Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping methods: Standard (5–8 business days), Expedited (2–4 business days), Priority (1–3 business days). Options shown at checkout.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous US.

Fragile items (mugs, vases, glassware): All fragile items are carefully packaged with protective materials. We are not responsible for damage during transit once the package is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, see Refund & Return Policy.

International shipping: Available to select countries. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
