Refund policy

Return window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Return process:

1. Contact us at daisyonfrontus@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
3. Refund is issued after we receive and inspect the item (within 5 business days).

Non-returnable items:

• Used or damaged items
• Items returned after 14 days
• Customized/personalized products
• Sale items marked "final sale"

Refunds: Processed to original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit).

Damaged or lost items: If your item arrives broken or lost, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
